Smart Sparkle follows a strict yet fair refund policy designed to protect both the client and the platform.

General Refund Principle

Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated strictly based on the conditions stated in this policy. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services and products, refunds are provided only in clearly justified cases.

Eligibility for Full Refund

  • Smart Sparkle fails to deliver the agreed service entirely within the confirmed timeline, excluding delays caused by the user.
  • The delivered work substantially deviates from the originally agreed scope or requirements.

Eligibility for Partial Refund

  • Significant issues are identified in the delivered work, but the client chooses to use a portion of the material.
  • Repeated errors occur despite clear and documented instructions provided by the client.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Unclear, contradictory, or incomplete requirements
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Any service where draft, consultation, outline, or partial delivery has been provided
  • Scope changes or new requirements introduced after work has started
  • Issues reported more than seven days after delivery
  • All digital products (e-books, templates, courses, downloadable materials) once accessed or delivered

Refund Request Process

  • 1.Refund requests must be submitted through Smart Sparkle's official support channel within seven days of delivery.
  • 2.Requests must include the order reference details and clear supporting evidence.
  • 3.Each request is reviewed carefully, and a decision is communicated within forty-eight hours.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and sent through the original payment method within five to seven working days, subject to payment gateway and banking processing timelines.

Final Decision Authority

Smart Sparkle reserves the sole right to evaluate, approve, reject, or partially grant any refund request based on this policy, service records, and internal quality assessments. All decisions made by Smart Sparkle under this policy are final and binding.
