All services are intended to assist learning, understanding, and skill development.

Note: Clients are required to review, modify, and personalize delivered materials before any submission or professional use.

2. Client Responsibility

The client bears full responsibility for how the delivered content is used.

Smart Sparkle is not responsible for academic, professional, or institutional outcomes.

No guarantees of grades, publication, approval, or acceptance are provided.

3. Payments & Pricing

50% advance payment is required to initiate work.

Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.

Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or report sharing.

Pricing varies based on:

• Word count
• Academic level
• Deadline
• Technical complexity
• Scope of work

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are estimated, unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Delays caused by client-side changes, late responses, or missing information void delivery guarantees.

Delivery is considered complete once materials are shared via the agreed communication channel.

5. Revisions Policy

Free revisions are available within 7 days of delivery.

Revisions must fall within the original scope.

Major changes, new requirements, or topic shifts will be treated as a new order.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client data is handled securely and confidentially.

Information is never shared with third parties except when legally required, in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse.

Internal AI tools may be used strictly for quality enhancement and compliance checks.

7. Turnitin & AI Reports

Turnitin or AI-detection reports are provided at the time of final delivery, if included in the service.

Live screen recording or screenshots may be shared as proof.

Smart Sparkle is not responsible for later scans performed after delivery due to database updates or institutional settings.

8. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Products are licensed for personal use only.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

Smart Sparkle retains full intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Custom service deliverables become the client's personal-use material after full payment.

Smart Sparkle retains the right to reuse non-identifiable samples for portfolio or internal quality purposes.

Digital products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Sparkle.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Smart Sparkle reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:

• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Academic misconduct is requested
• Payment violations occur
• Platform misuse is identified

11. Limitation of Liability

Smart Sparkle shall not be liable for:

• Academic penalties
• Institutional actions
• Financial or reputational loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Note: Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international digital commerce laws.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Smart Sparkle's operating authority.

13. Modifications to Terms

Smart Sparkle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
